Brandt Peters Announces Monsters & Misfits III!
Sweet noose-swingin' skeletons! Just when you think your eyeballs couldn't take any more after the sensory overload of Migration and the news of Stranger Factory's killer April exhibition, Brandt Peters peers out from the sidestage and drops a flashbomb of even bigger news: Monsters & Misfits is BACK and it's going to be one hell of a ride. Inspired by Japanese folk legend Hyakki Yagyō, or "Night Parade of One Hundred Demons", the exhibition will feature new works from Kathie Olivas, Brandt Peters, Chris Ryniak, Amanda Louise Spayd and Doktor A. But it doesn't end there: joining them will be (get this) Andrew Bell, RAGNAR, Goblinfruit's Carisa Swenson and Inhuman Species artist Stan Manoukian! To change things up, the festivities will be held in September this year, but the venue remains the same: the historic Kusakabe Folk Museum in Takayama, Japan. We have months of WIPs, teasers and reveals to come, so strap yourself in as we dive headlong into Circus Posterus's largest international exhibition yet!
