Yes, it is Brutherford Industries's addition to the previously announced "Project QiQi" custom show at ToyCon UK! Brutherford proclaims, in revealing the figure, "look at this filthy pervert!!!" — so while "Filthy Pervert" might not be the proper title, it certainly is an apt one. Especially when you consider that "one point of articulation," which — if you can't see it — is not either of the legs or the waist, though is in that general region.
