Artmymind's custom "Kumiho" Fonzo for the "Fonzo Loves NY" group custom show at MPH!!!

We keep getting our hands on some seriously amazing images for the upcoming Freak Store sponsored  "Fonzo Loves NY" group show that is being held at My Plastic Heart on January 11th... this Friday!!! Above you can see the skilled craftsmanship from the talented art duo, Julia and Guillaume aka Artmymind, and hot damn did this turn out amazing! Not only did they customize the base figure, but went above and beyond building it into a much larger character that includes legs, feet, shoes, arms, and even a tail... where it appears that the head and body are the only physical traits that we can make out from the original piece! On top of that, the additional detailings that were put into the armor, clothing, and other sculptural elements... AMAZING!  This custom is downright jawdropping, and for those of you in the NYC area, I am officially jealous that you get to see this in person. 

"Fonzo Loves NY" opens on January 11th and runs through February 3rd, 2013 at myplasticheart, 210 Forsyth St., New York, NY 10002.
