Cris Rose has announced a new breed of Sprog that he'll be making available: the Lunar Sprog. At almost twice the height of the original Sprogs and each coming with a removable dome helmet, this 3.75-inch resin cast figures are stunning! But who are they?
Rigadon (top left) "is your friendly, cheerful chap who'll crack on with even the most mundane task with cheer";
Runcorn (top right) "is a no-nonsense workhorse. He'll get the job done one way or another and i'm sure he'll love every moment, regardless of appearances";
Rutherford (bottom right) "is upgraded with extra processing power for those of you doing SCIENCE out on the surface. A thoughtful problem solver that loves cake"; and
Roemer (bottom left) "sees everything. 360 degrees. In stereo. In Xrays. In LIDAR. In millimeter-wave RADAR. Nothing gets past Roemer. He's got real vision."
While only the blank versions are shown here, we're told Edition A of these fellows will be dropping in
Rose's web shop in the near future. Price per magnificent Lunar Sprog? $75 apiece, which seems mighty nice given their size and level of detail work!
