Squink's custom Kathie Olivas "Hazel" for Two-Faced Show!

The ever-impressive Squink has crafted this custom Hazel, the 9-inch vinyl platform created by Kathie Olivas, for the upcoming "Two-Faced Show" at Gunnzo. Entitled "Hazel 1945," I love the muted and washed colors, which give the feel of something war-torn and old… I'm guessing the 1945 is in reference to the end of World War II, but I don't know what the three slashes across the cheek signify. Regardless, it is a powerful piece.

"The Two-Faced Show" opens on October 13th, 2012 at 5PM at Gunnzo, 2445 Juan St., San Diego, CA 92110.
