'Screwed' art show... featuring the works of Hydro74, Johnny Crap, & Meka 09/06/2012
Brixton and Vans invite you to the opening of SCREWED, an art show featuring Hydro74 (Florida), Jonathan Bergeron (Montreal) and Meka (Montreal). Brought to you in partnership with Off the Hook, Idle Hand and Uranium. This event, curated by Yanick Blanchet (Beans & Bacon), and will feature a whole slew of works from these 3 talented illustrators! There will be a selection of their inked, painted and screenprinted works... all of which are really mind blowing, no joke!
I personally look at this stuff and am in awe, these dudes are truly masters of their craft! SCREWED opens Thursday, September 6th at Espace OTH (1181 Ste-Catherine W. — above Foot Locker), 7 p.m., free entry... and the first 25 people in line get a free screwed screen print! Some screen prints, inked drawings, and probably a couple of paintings will be on display as well as 3 t-shirts and 3 prints which have been made especially for the show. Oh, and the best part... all 3 artists will be attending. Hit the jump for many more photos of what you can expect from these 3 talents!
