All you gotta do is keep those eyes open and your Google search terms in check and things will just magically appear... and that is exactly what happened with this little nugget of info. It appears that Kidrobot is planning on re-issuing
Tristan Eaton's simplistic "Gold King" Dunny from
Dunny Series 1... but superzied as an 8" version. According to
the site where I stumbled upon this, it seems as though this is going to be part of the 10th anniversary of the Dunny and it comes with larger accessories like the scepter and crown as seen in the photo to the left of the Series 1 design. One thing I do see is the price... it's noted at €49.00 or $60 a piece, a little pricy seeing as it's just gold... but who knows if this price is correct as Kidrobot has not even mentioned this figure yet. I also notice that there is no run number mentioned... I wonder if this 8" Dunny could be an open run. Something that has never been done before, but seeing as it's a special 10th anniversary edition... who knows! This is all speculation right now, so just sit tight and wait for the official word.
