"Ro-Bear Bill," one of the many cyborg bears to come from the planet Ro-Bear on ThunderCats… I know, it seems like an absolutely preposterous concept now; but in the naivety of youth, we all bought it. And now Hoakser remakes the ridiculous character for a new age, as "Uber Ill"! The body was distressed a bit, some scarring added, and — of course — the nozzle head and flow pipe, but the best part is that Hoakser added an agitator inside the figure… so it rattles when shaken, like a spray paint can should!
