Mondo serves up a duo of Batman: The Dark Knight Rises poster prints at SDCC!

Gotham City, covered in a Batman-shaped cloud of bats… as it should be. High-quality print makers Mondo have struck a deal with Warner Bros. to release the above pictured silkscreened poster print for Christopher Nolan's final Batman film, The Dark Knight Rises. Illustrated by comic book artist — and former Batman: Detective Comics artist, to be specific — Jock, this 36" x 24" print is limited to 375 copies for $45 each. It will be on sale today (Thursday, July 12th) at some point at Mondo's SDCC Booth #437… give @MondoNews a follow on Twitter to be alerted when they drop.

And there's also the villain variant, which bears the rather nice tagline "You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain" directly below images of all the villains in the Nolan film series. All 350 copies of this version will not be for sale; rather Warner Bros. is giving them away to attendees of the Dark Knight Rises Hometown Screening Event at Comic-Con.
