Gary Baseman x The Loyal Subjects's "Kostopol Warrior" signing & release!

Gary Baseman and The Loyal Subjects are released the Kostopol Edition of the Buckingham Warrior platform during the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con. Adorned with soft, cool colors, this version has a wintery theme that might chill you to the bone:

The Buckingham Warrior is an extension of the very DNA which comprises Gary Baseman. The allegoric and somewhat fabled character is inspired from the real world deeds of his father, Ben Baseman — a local resistance fighter in WWII, thwarting back pockets of Nazi storm troopers. Kostopol is the name of the town in what was Poland, now the Ukraine, where Baseman's mother was born. She, along with very few others from Kostopol survived the horrors of the Nazi occupancy.

Limited to only 250 copies in this edition, they will be on sale starting Friday, July 13th at 2PM in Bait's SDCC Booth #4429. Baseman himself will be on hand to do his first Buckingham Warrior signing, so stop by and say "hi" while you pick up one of these amazing 12-inch tall figure for $120.
