We have an update on the ESC Toys corporate merger that we touched on HERE yesterday. It appears that Erick Scarecrow confirmed the proposal, but passed on offer for undisclosed reasons. So for those of you who were worried or had your doubts, fret not, and look forward to more ESC goodness in the very near future!
