Bruscolino's custom Super Mario Bros. figures as spongy Mushrooms!

Build out of a almost 5" tall Super Mario Bros. "Toad" vinyl figures, Italian artist Bruscolino has imbued that spongy feel to the pieces to recreate them as nearly realistic "Mushrooms." While these are far from immaculate looking, they surely are effective at conveying a rather natural appearance… aside from the bulging black eyes, of course.
