Katsu x 1xRUN : "Priority Mail" super limited print
Being released at 12 Noon EST on Monday (February 27th), Katsu's "Priority Mail" limited edition print from 1xRUN looks epic… but pricey. Limited to only 30 piece made, this massive 40" x 26" 3-color screenprint will run you $200. Made on 140lbs. French paper, they are made to resemble the Post Office Priority Mail stickers that Katsu is known for throwing up all over the world. One weird thing is that these prints will not be signed, as per the artist's decision; Katsu will sign the certificate of authenticity that comes with each, though, and include a copy of the notorious sticker the print is based on.
Some of you might be wondering where you've heard the name Katsu before. Well… it was in the press quite a bit last year. He's the artist that illegally tagged the MoCA Graffiti art show, as seen here:
What does make that high price tag worthwhile is that Katsu doesn't normally do this sort of thing… nor anything really commercial. So this could be your one chance… Monday, February 27th, 12 Noon EST, HERE.
