Gallery1988 goes Weird (Al Yankovic, that is)

Gallery1988 has just announced "Is This Thing On? 2: The Weird Year," which will once again see 100 artists create works inspired by and/or based on their favorite comedians. But, to sweeten the pot, this year's opening reception will be host by none other than "Weird Al" Yankovic… and there will be a career retrospective print set with screenprints by: Adam Hanson, Alex Pardee, Dave Perillo, Derek Deal, DKNG Studios, Graham Erwin, Joshua Budich, Todd Slater, and Phantom City Creative.

"Is This Thing On? 2: The Weird Year" opens on March 9th and runs through March 31st at Gallery1988, 7020 Melrose Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90038.
