NYCC 2011: Tara McPherson

Just like at every convention that she attends, artist Tara McPherson is always happy to meet and greet her fans... and it's totally apparent because she is always doing signings! I swear, every time I walked by her booth, she was sitting down sketching for someone, and then I would walk down the next isle and she would be at another booth releasing a new toy... NYCC kept her very busy, but like a true professional she had a smile on her face at all times! Her booth was PACKED full of merchandise... fine art prints, stickers, buttons, apparel, designer toys... shoot even postcards and pillows! She also teamed up with Lulubell Toys/ Cherry Vinyl to release a limited run of resin "George" Vampire figures... and on top of that, one of the great things about this con for Tara is that it was kinda in her backyard, meaning she hosted multiple events at her gallery/shop... busy, busy, busy!
