New art and schematics from Industria Mechanica's Remora kit
Industria Mechanika's and Ian McQue's latest creation Remora is set to go on sale Tues. October, 11, at 2PM EST Priced at $150 for the kit only version or $165 for the limnited edition print version, Remora is looking to be a great model, the first of many I'm sure. While we've covered this kit before it's really great to see such a fast turn around time in terms of production as well as such a great value for what you get. These detailed kits come with:
56 Resin Parts
6 Clear Resin Parts
1 Seated Captain Figure (additional figures to be sold separately at a later date... separate because they can be used for more ships/scenes than the Remora and to keep the costs from getting too excessive)
1 Photoetch Fret
1 Waterslide Decal Sheet
Clear Plastic
Metal Rod
2 Different Types of Rigging String
Coated Wire
Full-Color Detailed Instructions
Remora is 1:35 scale measuring roughly 11 inches long.
Please note that this is a pre-order the actual shipping date is still to be determined, but should be within 6-8 weeks following the preorder date. Also this is a limited release for the first run, Industia Mechanika will continue produce editions of the Remora as long as there in sufficient interest in the kit. So please do not feel that you MUST get the 1st Edition unless you want the cool signed print. If you are not in a hurry, and just want the kit, more will be available soon after..
