Ashley Wood to release weekly online magazine

Ashley Wood announced yesterday that he was planning on releasing a weekly online magazine for people interested in 3A and the legion. Released in tweets via twitter he mentioned: "I'll mention here first, but ill update on the 3A blog in more detail soon. I want a weekly 3A mag/thing, it will feature our stuff, and your creative stuff, delivered digitally on ipads/mobile, and comps. If you want to take part, and help, email 3A with how and your info"

Ashley went on to elaborate further describing his vision for it as: "free, a letter from the front line of 3A ! but more than a letter, show behind the scenes, reveal the people, apart from me. I'll even put some comics in by me and other chaps." So from the look of it this will be a weekly behind the scenes at what 3A and the community around it is up to as well as some great comics and other items as well. To wrap up on this discussion Ashley dropped some great news for WWR (World War Robot) fans saying: "I'll say it here, I'll do a onepage WWR comic for weekly issue. go dry ya panties out ! or the universe didnt blink, but yawned neary a glance"

Time will tell just how this project will shape up but with Ash's vision and the support of a helpful legion of collectors from many varying fields art and graphic design I have no doubt it will be a great success. Ashley followed up all this talk about the project with the above mock up of his idea for what the magazine might look like. No word just yet when this project might start but once it does we'll report it here as well as toss in weekly tidbits from the magazine as it comes out.
