"MORK" teaser from MAD...

MAD just posted up a picture of a project he is working on titled MORK... not much else is known on this figure... but as you can see from the picture it looks like a character with a bucket on his head with wings on the side, and for some reason I feel like I have seen this somewhere before... more on this soon!
