*ON SITE* Audrey Kawasaki's "Hajimari"

Well... for those of you who are unable to make it out to New York (myself included) for Audrey Kawasaki's solo show titled "Hajimari" which is going down at the Jonathan Levine Gallery in NY TONIGHT, Saturday 12/12/09, one of our SpankyStokes.com correspondents was on site to cover the event live for us, huge thanks to Jesse aka J*Ryu for taking all of these amazing pictures, and as you can see the place was packed, standing room only to get up close and personal with all of Audrey's amazing works. The fine detail and the subtle shading is truly mind blowing and definitely a treat for all of those who made it out to the event!

Tons of fans lined up to just say hello with a little meet and greet session with the very humble artist. Audrey doodled and sketched for all those who waited, and chatted it up with everyone! The opening was a success and if you are able to make it out there, this show is up until January 9th, 2010 @ JLVG so do yourself a favor and go see all these pieces in person!
