High School and designer toys... why not?

Scott Schaller, who runs an awesome after school class for high school students at Cabrillo High School that focuses in on the designer toy side of art (how cool would that have been in high school), you can check out the school site HERE and click on the Toy Underground link to connect to their sub site dedicated to toy making, Paper or Plastic. His after school program concentrates on toy/character creation and they are developing their own characters in paper, wood, as a custom on a munny blank, sewn as a plushy, and finally they will sculpt it in clay and cast it in resin, at least that is what they're working towards. He is also a pretty talented artist and recently finished a Pusher custom and a couple wooden toys he has created. Scott is super dedicated to the cause and we actually met at the Urban Paper Toy book roll out party at Mobius last May.
