*ONSITE* "Assembled Artifacts" art show

I was able to make it down this past Saturday to an amazing art show that happened in San Diego at the Device Gallery. This show apply titled "Assembled Artifacts" was just that... amazing creations that were put together by visionary artists that used random bits of metal, porcelain, resin, wood, wire and even found objects such as old vacuum cleaners. The artist list included: Christopher Conte, Stephane Halleux, Michihuro Matsuoka, Jeremy Mayer, Rich Muller, Nemo Gould, Olivier Pauwels, Lewis Tardy and Jud Turner.

This show almost slipped right on past me but thanks to Facebook I was able to see that it was closing the very day I made it down, so a few of the pieces had sold and were no longer up, but the majority of the art was still on display. The work displayed was truly mind bending, and almost brought you into another world just by looking at the pieces, most were futuristic, some steam-punk style and others were robotic.
