Cookies -n- Cream x Masahiro Ito (Inu Art) presents a new collection of designer toys - 4 Elements
NYC clothing & designer toys brand Cookies -n- Cream and talented artist/toy sculptor Masahiro Ito of Inu Art Studio present a new line of designer toys influenced by hip hop titled 4 Elements.
4 Elements is a collection of 4 toys that pay homage to hip hop. Each toy represents one of the 4 Elements of hip hop - MCing, DJing, Graffiti, Breakdancing. Artist/Sculptor Masahiro Ito says hip hop has always been something that he's been drawn to as far back as he can remember. As part of Dave Cortes' Inu Art Studio based in Brooklyn NYC, he's played a hand in assisting with the sculpting of hundreds of toys but never worked on his own pieces. In collaboration with Cookies -n- Cream, he worked on the 4 Elements collection which is based on hip hop, a culture that is one of the things that plays an influence on him and the Cookies -n- Cream brand.
The pieces are 4 inches tall and each one comes with an item that is representative of its element. The MC comes with a microphone, the DJ comes with a turntable deck, the graffiti artist comes with a spray can and the b-boy comes with a boombox. Each toy will be handmade in Brooklyn, NYC at the Inu Art studios. Pieces will be limited. Prices and release dates will be announced soon.
