AARON THOMAS at SUBTEXT
Do you ever wonder what causes life's trivial annoyances, like lost remotes, runs in nylons, or misplaced car keys? Aaron Thomas blames it on the devil. Many little devils in fact. Mischievous grin's and beady little eye's are a prominent feature in Aaron's new show entitled Diabolus Mundus, meaning Devil World. Now a footwear designer at DC Shoes, Aaron graduated from the illustration program at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. During that time he created a devil character for Rob Clayton's media experimentation class, the result of which has spawned into his latest body of work. Thomas' paintings are character-driven, meticulously executed, and a great example of pop surrealism at it’s finest. Don't miss this one! Copy from the Subtext website!
I posted on this a while ago, and I am really looking forward to this show, I will for sure be down to check it out, and please stop by Subtext yourself and say hi!

Thanks for turning me on to Aaron's work John. His character designs are really amazing. I hope he can turn these into custom toys some day!
