Cialis has gone to far!

This is no joke...I got this in my e-mail(SPAM) It is crazy...the doctor has a skeletal grin on his sars mask, and he does not have a scalpel but a bowie knife(wtheck) and to think it can't get worse...to top it all off they show the tingly parts!!! Crazy Spam!!!
