REVEALED: Lauren YS × Mighty Jaxx’s “Girl in the Skull” resin art collectible!

We'd previously teased a collaboration between Oakland, California-based artist Lauren YS — born Lauren YoungSmith — and Mighty Jaxx, resulting in an currently untitled piece that I've dubbed "Girl in the Skull." Altered a bit from her original illustration, pictured below, this prototype shifted her legs from a more dynamic bent stance to being straight outwards and there is no sign of the strange attenia elements yet, but this sculptural work is still breathtaking. A work-in-progress prototype, this apparantly three-eyed rendition will hopefully be available as a resin statue in the near future!
