Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers… Retroband's "C.H.U.D." figures forthcoming!

First off, if you're not familiar with it, go watch the 1984 horror cult classic C.H.U.D. Don't worry, we'll wait for you to come back. Now that you've seen the film, the above teaser picture from Retroband makes perfect sense, right? Yes, the fantastic art toy artist has sculpted, hand-cast, and hand-painted a release based on these "Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers" from the film. Though made in an unspecified edition, each one is completely hand-made objet d'art. Most likely featuring packaging art by frequent collaborator Worthy Enemies, these will be available on Wednesday, April 30th, 2014 in Retroband's web shop; and while neither price nor release time are officially announced, we're guessing around 8AM Pacific time for the latter based on past experience. We strongly encourage those interested in this release to follow Retroband's Instagram feed for further updates, as his releases tend to sell out in a matter of seconds.
