A Little Stranger's Cavey designed by Luke Chueh & Mochimochi?!?

The magnificent teasers for the previously announced one-off plush Cavey collaboration show by Holly "A Little Stranger" Stanway continue to roll on in! The exhibition, which will be displayed at a one-night only pop-up art show in Los Angeles entitled "Cavey's American Cousins," will feature custom plush Caveys made specially by Stanway and designed by some of the top talent in the industry… like Luke Chueh (above left) and Mochimochi (above right). Chueh's seems to be an interpretation of his infamous bear with removable head, decapitation action while Stanway went insanely out of her way to create a Cavey in Mochimochi's knit style of design… revealing what appears to be a gnome with a tiny gnome on his shoulder. Hmm…

"Cavey's American Cousins" is a one-night pop-up event on Saturday, November 10th, 2012 from 8PM until "Late" at The Cat and Fiddle Pub, 6530 West Sunset Blvd Hollywood, CA 90028. The show will feature one-off plush Cavey interpretations by A Little Stranger of designs by: 64 Colours, The Beast Brothers, Camilla d'Errico, Chris Ryniak, DrilOne, Frank Kozik, Luke Chueh, Mochimochi, Onell Design, Scott Tolleson, Sket-One and Angry Woebots. All piece will be auctioned off online starting November 3rd. The artists will each have exclusive prints available at the pop-up exhibition.
