Matthew Ryan Sharp, but we just got word that he is planning his attack for Chicago based
OhNo!Doom Gallery for his upcoming solo show titled
*take a big breath* "
All Dressed Up With No Place To Go - Fictional tales of Chiselers & Ballyhoo on the American Midway" which by the way is his first Chicago solo show. Matt says that he decided to play with the paradox between a traveling carnival and an art show this time around, and has created a bunch of new work, products, prints, plush and hand painted carnival banners for this show... shoot, there is even going to be free cotton candy and popcorn while supplies last! There will be more previews at a later date, but mark your calndars now for Saturday, May 7th 2011... this is going to be one show you don't want to miss!
